About Patrick

Patrick H Bowman has worked with over 20 of the fortune 500 companies as a top strategist and planner. He has identified and developed several core competencies that are proven to provide increased income and growth. The realization of Patrick’s discoveries came to fruition when he launched his own start-up company providing information technology staffing, professional and management development training. 

Patrick doubled the sales volume in both divisions within 8 to 14 months, continuing strategic growth and again doubling sales. Patrick obtained several small business certifications (MBE, 8a, SDB, HUB) and used them to gain access to large lucrative contracts in both the private and government sectors. He quickly learned the value of these certifications and how to leverage them to not only get a seat at the table but to also how to win big contracts with a small shop. 

He has gained the reputation of being an experienced business growth expert who is regarded as a coach and mentor championing the opportunities of small business enterprises for Women-Owned, Minority-Owned, LGBTQ, Disadvantage and Veterans/Service Disabled-Owned Entrepreneurs. Patrick strongly believes that anyone can build their business into a multi-million-dollar company if they implement the right strategies for growth and utilizing small business certifications to compete and win large lucrative contracts is one of those strategies. 

He harnessed his many years of producing measurable results to educate small business owners on how to maximize their income using minority, veteran and women enterprise certifications to land large lucrative contracts. He has won and been awarded contracts successfully navigating the bidding process in the public, private and government sectors. Some notable contracts that he was awarded were with NASA, United Space Alliance, Texas State Comptrollers Office, University of Houston, Farmers Insurance, Houston & Alief Independent School Districts, and many others.
